Présentation du produit
The Filter 209 x 49 x 18 Thick Polyurethane Structural Foam is a component used for the filtration of impurities in any form in a medical device, which is essential to ensure patient's safety. Impurities can be of any form, such as dirt, bacteria, air and water accumulated by the system. Foam filters are usually a low-density type of polyurethane with an open cell structure. It is usually defined by the pore size and pore number per square inch (PPI). Polyurethane foam is available in two forms, closed cell and open cell foam. The unique cell structure "dodecahedron shape" (12 sides) in polyurethane material with complete porosity makes it ideal for filtration. The gaps or bubbles present in the foam is filled with air which makes it as a good insulator. These filter foams are suitable for a number of applications due to its versatile characteristics. It is used in XR Optima XR220amx, Aisys CS2, MS CARESCAPE™ Monitor B850, ARC Airway Gas Module, MIC Giraffe™ Warmer and other systems.
