Product Overview
The Dovetail CMA Upper Mechanical is a dove shaped joint installed in anesthesia machines. This dovetail does not need screws and it is used in upper part of the anesthesia machine. Sizes varies according to the requirement. The material of the dovetail is Aluminum 6063-T6. T6 refers to temper type which is heat treated and tempered. The exposed surfaces are coated with Grade 2 minimum and other surfaces are coated with Grade 3 minimum. The wall thickness should be 10 mm and surface finish of MIL-A-8625, Type 2, class 1 clear per supplier. MIL-A-8625 Type 2 is treating the aluminum electrolytic in a sulfuric acid to provide anodic coating on the surface and it can be dyed to various colors. This coating provides strong abrasion and corrosion resistance. This dovetail is used in XR Optima XR220amx, Aisys CS2, MS PDM, ARC Aespire 7900, ARC Aestiva 3000, ARC Aestiva MRI and Aisys systems.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
