Product Overview
The Lens Circuit Module Breathing Circuit Gas Breathing System is a lens circuit that is one of the components in breathing circuit assembly module. A breathing circuit module consists of a check valve lens which is made up of PPSU and bonded to the top of the assembly. The material Radel® R-5000 polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) provides a high deflection temperature and possess good electrical properties. The material has a better impact strength and chemical resistance when compared to other material in the polysulfone group. The lens circuit walls are 3.0 draft thick. The ejector pin and gate heights are flush to 0.4. The maximum flush permissible is 0.1 wide × 0.1 high and it should be free from scratches, bubbles, marks, sharp edges and corner. The finish is mold tech MT-11010 on all cavity side surfaces. This lens circuit is used in many medical devices such as ARC Aestiva 7100, ARC Aestiva MRI, Aestiva Compact and Aestiva GoldSeal.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
