Product Overview
The Cap is used to cover the manifold circuit in the Breathing Circuit Gas (BCG) module in an anesthesia machine. The cap is injection molded and can be used mainly for high temperature applications due to its toughness. The same material is used to manufacture other health care instruments like surgical cases, trays, sterilization cases and other diagnostic instruments. It is a biocompatible product and act as a good electrical insulator across a wide range of temperatures and has good resistance to high voltage applications as well. It is RoHS compliant and is safe to use in hazardous areas. It can withstand high deflection temperatures and has good resistance to environmental stress cracking. The manufacturing process helps it to achieve good product consistency and the high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the part in the required assembly. This cap is used in many systems such as MS Dash™ 4000, ARC Aespire View, MS CIC Pro, ARC Airway Gas Module, ARC Aisys and ARC Tec 7 Vaporizer.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
