Product Overview
The Cover Bag provides housing or protection to the equipment from the environmental conditions. Radel® R-5100 is a general purpose Polyphenyl Sulfone (PPSU) material used for injection molding because it offers a high deflection temperature. The Injection molding manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the part in the required assembly. It can endure high moisture and temperature without any cracking or breaking. The resin resists environmental stress cracking. This material is required for repeated steam sterilization and is well suited for many medical devices. The maximum flash permissible is 0.1 wide x 0.1 high. The ejector pin and gate heights to be flush is ± 0.3. The screw thread inserts to be flush is ± 0.3. The surface finish is done on the surfaces with grade 1 or with the texture per mold tech MT-11020. It provides high impact and heat resistance. This cover bag is used in XR Optima XR220amx, ARC Aespire 7900, Aisys CS2, ARC Aespire View and Avance CS2 systems.
