Product Overview
The Silicone Plug is one of the service tools in anesthesia machine. It is used in testing of bellows assembly in the breathing system module. It comes under the leak test tool kit which is used in testing of various components in Advanced Breathing System (ABS). The plug should be in the appropriate size to seal the opening and it should not have any damages on its surface which affects the testing. The low pressure leak test takes place to check the leakage. The plug has low thermal conductivity and thermal stability. It has an exceptional property called weatherability which can be exposed to wind, rain and UV radiations for a long duration and there is no changes to its physical properties. It is good resistance to oil even at high temperature for a long duration. It acts as a good electrical insulator across a wide range of temperature, resistance to corona discharge and high voltage applications as well.
