Product Overview
The Plastic Thrust Washer is used to support a rotary object while rotating and to give some friction to the surface. Plastic thrust washers are used in cable management systems to support the cable arm joints. This washer is made up of a Delrin® material. These resins provide unique performance characteristics over many ordinary plastics, yielding excellent strength, stiffness and impact resistance. Delrin® flat washers or Delrin® spacers have equally good dimensional stability, toughness, chemical resistance< they also have low wear and friction resistance as well. This manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency and the high dimensional accuracy helps to ensure a precise fit of the part in the required assembly. This special function washer is compatible for Aisys CS2, Aestiva Machine and Aisys anesthesia machines.
