Product Overview
This Label Kit contains two individual label named as “AHA Label” and “IEC Label”. Both labels are made by polycarbonate material, which has high strength and low moisture absorption rate. This label can be easily embossed on the surfaces. The high surface finish and shining of the label hides the scratches on it, simply known as a scratch free label. It has high insulation property, which resist the temperature up to 121° C. This label is being used in the MAC5000 machine. This assembly or part shall be RoHS compliant as per 5240305GSP. This label uses Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) to stick on the surfaces. This PSA is a thinner material and reduces the need for surface refinishing. It also reduces the assembly time to stick on the surface. Label adhesives offer the uniform thickness and gap filling properties to the label.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
