Product Overview
Labels are generally used to convey information or instruction for the system in a printed format. The material is made up of polycarbonate which is durable plastic and easily printable, and it is widely selected because of its cost benefits. It has excellent ink adhesion and easy to die cut. The label set acquisition lead wire is used in CAM series acquisition module for identification of lead wire connections. This label consist on different types of lead connections information’s. Pressure-sensitive adhesive is used in this label. This is non-reactive adhesive which forms bond when pressure is applied to bond the adhesive and it does not require any external source to bond the label. This label is used in many systems such as UL Vivid S6, MAC 5500 HD, MS Telemetry ApexPro CH, CT Revolution CT 256-Slice, MS CARESCAPE™ Monitor B850 etc.,

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
