Product Overview
The Universal Writer Kit is being used in the MAC 3500 system. The universal writer is one of the major components in the thermal printer of the MAC 3500 system. The writer uses the method called “Thermal Dot Array Type” for printing on the thermal paper. The writing style of the array consists of miniature electrically resistances and array can produce the unlimited number of waveforms. The writer is run through various performance tests before selling the product. The tests are writer’s speed control, paper speed, paper tracking, paper cueing and print head quality. The output of the writer on paper will be a triangle and diagonal lines which will be straight and uniform. Moreover, it can print the alphanumeric information for indicating experimental condition. This triangle and diagonal lines on the paper are clean and unbroken. The paper perforation will align with the tear bar on the writer door after cueing.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
