The Control Board IEC 60601-1-8 Edition 2.1 is a component of the infant warmer, which provides infrared heat to neonates to control their body temperatures. It enables the transition of a baby to the external environment after delivery, by providing a controlled and open environment. The control board is provided as a part of warmer to provide IEC alarms software according to the need. It follows the standards of International Electro Technical Commission IEC which are mandatory for medical electrical equipment. It is confined to IEC series 60601 of version 8 with includes changes that reflect the latest alarm system. It provides an interaction between sensors and alarms by means of a programmed Integrated Circuit and provides features such as easy controlling of alarms by simply moving hand in front of the sensor. The entire equipment is packed such that the build-up of static electricity is prevented.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
