Product Overview
The CAM 14 Label Bottom is a product label. Labels are generally used to convey the information or instructions for the system in a printed format. The material is made up of polycarbonate which is a durable plastic and is easily printable and is widely selected because of its cost benefits. It has excellent ink adhesion and is easy to die cut. This label is placed at the bottom of the CAM 14 acquisition module. It provides for the information for the identification of the module. This label consists of item name, along with CE mark at the top, and the item number with latest revision and adhesive standard at the bottom. The adhesive used in this label is 300LSE, which is a hi-strength acrylic adhesive provides a very high bond strength to most surfaces. All the labels comply with the quality requirements including durability test. These are being used in UL Vivid S6, CASE, Evaluated/Not Applicable XI (Invasive), CardioSoft, MS CARESCAPE™ Monitor B850, Premium Carts Other, CT SYTEC 8000 1-Slice, ARC Aisys, CASE, Stress Other, MAC 5500 HD, MAC 5500, HDSUPPLIES and CT CTe 1 – Slice.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
