Product Overview
The Collimator Lamp Supply with Larger Heatsink is used in the X-ray machines, Computed Tomography (CT) machines and many other Digital Imaging (DI) machines. It is used to supply power for the lamp assembly that comes in the collimator. It consists of a Printer Circuit Board (PCB) with many sensitive components like resistors, capacitors, LED (Light Emitting Diode), heatsink, diodes, fuse, and thermistors that are mounted in this circuit board. Most of the parts are static sensitive and are assembled with high protection. The assembly undergoes various tests like continuity checks, supply on/off tests and power-on voltage checks. The potentiometer settings will be made in advance. The FR-370HR is reinforced with electrical grade glass fabric and epoxy resins. The whole assembly is safely packed with protective cover and labeled with the details required for shipment. It is widely being used in machines such as Innova IGS 540, AMX 4+, Discovery XR650, Precision 500D, LightSpeed 7.X VCT 64-Slice, Optima XR220amx, Signa Optima HDxt 23 3.0T, Senographe Essential E, Proteus XR/a, Definium AMX 700, Brivo XR285amx, OEC Fluorostar 7900 and other medical diagnostic equipment.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
