Product Overview
The Handle Cover Kit for URP RAD Portable Detector is a kit that consists of a URP plastic handle top cover service kit, lower half handle, labels and an instruction manual. The handle serves multiple purposes in the X-Ray machine. It is used to hold and move the machine from one place to another. The handle cover kit also houses the wireless card antennas required for the wireless detector. The modular design enables the user to add adapters for specialized applications.
X-Ray machines are a multi-parameter device designed for multiple care areas and intra-hospital transport within a professional healthcare facility. The cover with handle is attached by means of mounting screws. This cover is used to enclose or encases the modules in order to protect the individual components. It is made up of a VALOX V3900WX material, which is a polycarbonate. The material is flame retardant, durable, and possesses high flow and good process ability with good impact and heat resistance. It is mostly used in injection molding applications. The labels are also added in the kit for identification purposes and instruction manual is also provided.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
