Product Overview
External retaining ring is the fastener part which is used in the shaft. The retaining ring acts as a holder were the part is to be fixed. These ring are fixed in the groove of the shaft area. Once it is fixed it acts as a shoulder which retains the specific assembly. The ring can be contracted or expanded within their limit. This part is made of stainless steel material. The manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency. Stainless steels are iron-based alloys, which contains minimum of chromium around 10.5%. The presence of chromium offers corrosion resistance to stainless steel and helps to resist scaling at elevated temperatures. Stainless steel also maintain the excellent toughness. The high dimensional accuracy ensures perfect fit of the part in the required assembly. This part is used in many medical systems such as Giraffe™ Incubator, Giraffe™ OmniBed, CarePlus 2000 Access Incubator, CarePlus 3000 Access Incubator machines.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
