Product Overview
The Humidity Heater Kit is commonly used in incubators. The function of the heater is to circulate warm air through the confined infant compartment. The Omni bed servo-humidifier maintains the desired humidity percentage relative to reading from a humidity sensor in the infant compartment. The operating environment of humidity 10% to 95% non-condensing relative humidity. The humidifier has two separate heaters that are connected in parallel for 115V operation and in series for 230V operation. The safety T-Stat is in series with the heater. The resistance of each heater is about 144 ohms, so it should measure about 72 ohms for 115V units, 288 ohms for 230V units. The humidifier heater will not turn on because of safety if the T-Stat is open or heater is defective. The kit is highly reliable, durable and efficient. It is safe to use and provides high performance in varying environments.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
