Product Overview
This #6-32 Size KEPS nut is also called as k-lock nut or washer nut as it comes with an attached, free-spinning washer external toothed washer. The built-in star-type lock washer makes assembly more convenient. This KEPS Nut is made from high grade alloy steel and is manufactured using high precision techniques which help to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional stability of the nut ensures its perfect fit in the required assembly. The steel material used for the nut and washer has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the part. This keps nut possesses a high strength to weight ratio. Plating over the material enhances its corrosion resistance as it acts as a physical barrier that prevents rust from reaching the underlying metal surface. This part is can be used in various assemblies of GE's Care Plus Incubators, Ohio Infant Resuscitation and Ohio Infant Warmer Systems. The material will be shipped in suitable packaging to give adequate protection during transit.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
