Product Overview
The Teflon Flat Washer provides a bearing surface for fastener load distribution or is used as a spacer between components. This is one of the only known materials that is completely impervious to damage from almost all corrosive fluids. Teflon® has good chemical resistance even at 500° F. This material has great durability and temperature capacity. It also has the lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material even at high speeds, which means that it often does not require lubrication. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the part in the required assembly. This part is used in Giraffe™ incubator for connecting the swing arm assembly, knob and block with the main panel. A flat washer give support to the screw to help hold the parts that are attached This washer is specially designed for MIC - Other Infant Care and MIC Giraffe™ OmniBed systems.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
