Product Overview
The SFW VCB/VMB PC Application Kit Rev 10.2 is a system configuration, customization and application specific software stored in a compact USB device. It is an EV service application that runs on a Windows based computer and communicates with the EV ventilator through the serial port (RS-422 Port 3). To enable communication between the EV and the PC service application, the EV must be in the service mode. When the EV serial port is enabled, the PC application presents a port setup menu that allows one to select a COM port for the PC. Select the appropriate COM port and click ok to continue. The main menu includes a message area that shows whether or not the program is communicating with the EV. The VCB and VMB diagnostics allow both pages to be displayed at the same time. The service application will load and display the main menu along with the system information page. The USB memory capacity is 8GB and it supports USB 2.0 standard. It is compatible with various Windows applications.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
