Product Overview
The Cover Hinge - End Wall is used in an incubator and fitted at the end wall of the door for easy access. This part is fabricated through injection molding process. The material of the hinge cover end wall is acetal which has high stiffness and ease of machining. It has high tensile strength and works under a wide range of temperatures .It has good colorability and dimensional stability in high precision molding. All burs and sharp edges are removed. Ejector pin marks are flush to ± 0.020 and have a flash height of 0.010 max. The gate is flush ± 0.02. The background color light gray should be obtained either by PMS Cool Gray 1 or by two layers of paint. The hinge cover comes as a part of MIC Giraffe™ OmniBed, MS Unity Network ID, Modular, ARC Aisys and MIC - Other Infant Care. It is highly reliable, durable and efficient and gives good performance at varying environmental conditions.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
